TERMS OF SERVICE

Service Haven (servicehaven.tech) is owned and operated by Ramics-repair Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a licensed appliance repair business based in Phoenix, Arizona. Service Haven connects homeowners with vetted contractors for appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC services.

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using Service Haven ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users including customers, contractors, and content creators.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Service Haven is an online marketplace that connects homeowners with vetted independent contractors for home services including appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC services across the United States. Service Haven also operates a creator referral program through which content creators earn commissions for referring customers.

3. BOOKING AND PAYMENTS

Customers pay a booking fee online at the time of scheduling ($49 for appliance repair, $59 for all other services). The remaining balance is paid directly to the contractor upon service completion. All online payments are processed securely through Stripe. Booking fees are non-refundable once a contractor has been assigned and confirmed.

4. REFUND POLICY

Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Service Haven in the following cases: the service was not performed, the contractor failed to show up, or the booking was cancelled before a contractor was assigned. To request a refund, contact us at team@servicehaven.tech within 7 days of the scheduled service date.

5. CONTRACTOR TERMS

Contractors on the Platform are independent contractors, not employees of Service Haven. Contractors must maintain valid licenses, insurance (Certificate of Insurance required), and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Service Haven reserves the right to deactivate any contractor account at any time without notice.

6. CREATOR REFERRAL PROGRAM

Content creators who participate in the referral program earn a $30 commission per completed booking made through their unique referral link. Commissions are paid via ACH bank transfer after booking completion and verification. Service Haven reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users may not: advertise or offer to sell goods or services outside of the Platform; sell or transfer their account to another person; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; circumvent the Platform to arrange services directly with contractors found through Service Haven; or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Service Haven is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by contractors. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in the transaction giving rise to the claim. Service Haven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Service Haven does not guarantee that contractors will be available in all areas, that services will meet your expectations, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. SMS COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Service Haven regarding your bookings and account. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact team@servicehaven.tech.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting team@servicehaven.tech. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Arizona under applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits. Any court proceedings shall take place in Arizona.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
